We've been in Michigan for almost four months. It's taken every bit of that time to decompress after being nomads for six weeks. Jackson and I lived with my parents in Texas for three weeks, we met up with John and stayed in St. Louis for a week and then spent two weeks at a lake cottage outside of Detroit until our house was finished. I had never been so ready to be settled in my own home. Once we moved in, we had to adjust to a new time zone and the fact that it didn't get dark until Continue Reading
Nine Things I Learned in February {2019}
February flew by; but good golly there were way too many gloomy, cold days. I am so ready for warm weather and sunshine! I'm not sure I've ever been this ready for Spring. Here's my favorite things from this week. Happy Friday! These Pajamas I scored a great deal on a pair of Soma pj's on Black Friday! I got a set for Christmas three years ago and they are still my absolute favorite pajamas. I have worn them and washed them hundreds of times and they are still in Continue Reading
