I'm a sucker for a good holiday Rom-com. There's nothing better than reading one in front of the fireplace while the lights on the Christmas tree twinkle. I did something crazy this month - something I've never done before...I read an ENTIRE book on my PHONE!!!! I know, I know, people apparently do it all the time, but I never had. I have a friend who reads on her phone all the time and the thought of it just didn't sound appealing until I found myself in Texas without my Kindle or a book (GASP!!!). I had no choice but to start a book on my phone and it actually wasn't so bad. This month I also enjoyed reading at my happy place - the beach. Continue Reading

Thankfully, summer isn't over yet and I still have stacks and stacks of books waiting to be devoured. It's a good problem to have. My most favorite book this month was Float Continue Reading

Jackson and I also finished reading two books together and I included those, too! Here's what I read this month... Under the Southern Sky by Kristy Woodson Harvey This was my first official read of summer and it was perfect! I finished in two days! When journalist Amelia Saxton discovers that frozen Continue Reading
