I cannot believe August has already come and gone! It seems like I was just buying school supplies and sending Jackson to his first day of Kindergarten. We now have two weeks of school under our belts and we're gearing up for a fun Labor Day Weekend in Texas. As we say goodbye to August, I eagerly anticipate my favorite time of the year - FALL!!!!! Ten Things I Learned In June
Chigger Bites Bite There's an empty field next to our house that makes a perfect photo spot when the sun is setting. I decided to take some Fourth of July photos of Jackson and Autry when she visited earlier this month. Yep, we got some great photos; but Jackson and I also got chigger bites. Holy moly they were miserable! I've Been Mad at God As difficult as it was to write this post, it was also very freeing. I've been surprised by my anger; ashamed. Happy Reading!!! If You Only Knew By Kristan Higgins Jenny Tate is trying to let go of her ex-husband and Continue Reading

He has been waiting a long time to go to the movie theater to see Jackson Storm! I cannot wait to see his face when he sees his favorite characters Continue Reading
Three Lessons I Learned from Lisa Jo {Never Unfriended Review}
When I learned Lisa Jo was writing a book on friendship, I immediately preordered it. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait until today to read it! As a member of the launch team, I got to read Never Unfriended last month and I couldn't put it down. This book is gut-wrenchingly honest when it comes to friendship. Because let's face it, friendship is all sorts of messy and glorious. If you've ever been betrayed by a friend, hurt a friend, felt lonely or desired deeper friendships, then this book Continue Reading
