Despite the fact that 2018 was challenging in many ways, it sure did fly by! Like, weren't we just at Disney World? Where did the year go? It seems like just yesterday I was sharing my favorite things of 2017. Even though 2018 brought challenges and heartache and a lot of change, it also brought some great memories. Here are a few of my favorite things from 2018... Our Beach Vacation The beach is where we go to breath. It’s Jackson’s happy place. Our trip to Florida was Continue Reading
My One Word for 2019 {Expectant}
I didn't come to this space very much in 2018. It was a hard year and writing was the last thing I wanted to do. But it's time to dust off the blog and get back to writing. For personal reasons, not platform building. Somewhere along the way in 2018 I stopped praying for certain things. I grew weary of God's silence. I stopped believing He would answer. I got mad. It's only fitting that I share my favorite FALL things on the last Friday of September. Happy Friday (and Fall), y'all! Candles Speaking of candles crackling nearby, my go-to candles are the ones from Bath Continue Reading
