I am downright giddy about my first Michigan Fall. Let’s be honest, I burned pumpkin spice candles in Oklahoma when it was 100 degrees outside. I love fall so much and I’m about to experience a legit one!
It’s September and I’ve already slipped on a cardigan to sit on my front porch, my house is decorated with pumpkins and my fall candles are burning 24/7. I’ve felt the cool, crisp air and the leaves are beginning to change.
I thought it would be a great day to share some of my fall favorites to make this season even more cozy and magical (no matter where you are!)
These Fall Candles
I’ve been burning the pumpkin spice candle from Wal-Mart for years! They are legit and cheap! I also really love Fall Farmhouse. A few weeks ago I searched our local store and couldn’t find them. I tried to order them online and they weren’t available for shipping. I immediately sent a text to my friend in Oklahoma asking if she could send me some candles. That’s how much I love them. She came through! She shipped me three boxes. Fall is saved and she’s the best!
Fall Books
Here’s a few of the books I’m planning to read between now and the end of November. I love reading seasonal books!
Apple Pie Bread
This recipe is so simple and delicious! Jackson and I baked mini loaves and delivered them to our neighbors. It’s the perfect Fall treat!
Cute Shirts to Wear Under a Cardigan
I couldn’t resist ordering this shirt! I’ll consider it my Halloween costume! I also ordered a few other fall graphic t-shirts to wear under cardigans. You can find the boooooks! tee here.
My Fall Decorations
I think I might love decorating for Fall more than Christmas. It’s taken me awhile to get used to our orange front door, but I’m embracing it this Fall. I have no idea how I’ll incorporate the orange this Christmas season.
These Cozy Blankets
I discovered these blankets from Kohls last year and they are still my absolute favorite blanket! They are extra big and so soft! Everyone in our house has their own because we don’t like to share. I gave them as gifts last year. You definitely need a few of these for crisp, fall nights!
