The temperatures are finally dipping below 70 degrees and I am one HAPPY girl! Hello, Fall!
There is so much about this season that makes it my favorite. For instance, blogging with the back door wide open, while a candle crackles nearby. If that’s not bliss, I don’t know what is!
It’s only fitting that I share my favorite FALL things on the last Friday of September.
Happy Friday (and Fall), y’all!
Candles
Speaking of candles crackling nearby, my go-to candles are the ones from Bath and Body Works. When they go on sale, I stock up! They fill my entire house with heavenly aromas. My most favorite Fall scents include: Carmel Apple, Coconut Pumpkin, Leaves and Pumpkin Fireside! One of these is burning 24/7 during the months of October and November.
My Shows Return
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I will be curled up under a fuzzy blanket watching This Is Us and Grey’s Anatomy. Fall means my favorite shows are back! Bring it on!
My Fireplace and Good Books
It’s not cold enough yet, but rest assured that when it does get cold, my fireplace will be going! There is nothing better than spending a Fall evening curled up by the fire with a good book!
Fall Graphic Tees
I may have gone a bit overboard buying cute Fall t-shirts. These are perfect to wear with a pair of jeans and when the temperatures drop, all you have to do is throw a cardigan over them! Comfortable, cozy and cute!
R+F Body Replenish
I’m not sure why I waited so long to try R+F Active Hydration Body Replenish! It’s going to be a game changer for my skin this winter! I used it for the first time earlier this week. I applied it after my shower one night and my skin was still silky smooth when I woke up the next morning!
Goodbye dry skin, hello hydrated skin! If you love our Active Hydration Serum (for your face) you are going to want this for your body!
Trips to the Pumpkin Patch
It’s family tradition!
We are headed to our favorite pumpkin patch on Sunday and I can’t wait! It officially feels like Fall when we load a wagon full of pumpkins and haul them home to decorate!
Decorating For Fall
I love decorating my house for Fall, just as much (if not more) than decorating for Christmas. I spent last weekend putting out all my pumpkins and displaying my favorite Fall photos from years past! These little touches of Autumn make my home feel cozy.
Simple Comfort Foods Cooked in the Crockpot
The Crockpot will be my best friend this Fall/Winter.
I don’t enjoy cooking. I hate deciding wheat we’re going to have for dinner. But my Crockpot and Crockstar Dinner Club have made my life so much easier!
There are certain recipes that are my go-to this time of the year. For a list of some of my favorite Fall recipes go here.
Changing Leaves
There’s nothing that makes me experience God’s splendor quite like vibrant Fall leaves. Reds, yellows, golds, greens and orange. Maybe a few purple leaves here and there. Fall leaves take my breath away. I could stare at them forever. It never gets old. Thankfully I live in a town where the trees show off this time of year.
