Hip Hip Hooray! It’s time for my May Edition of Friday Favorites! I hope you all have fun plans for the holiday weekend! We are headed to my home state of Texas to hang out with my sister and cousins! I love that we make time to get together! We all have kiddos now, so it’s super cool to see them playing and having fun together!

This Sunscreen
Speaking of summer, THIS sunscreen is a must for my face. I love, love, love it! I wear it year round, but will be reapplying it regularly during the hot summer months!
Summer Graphic Tees
I’ve gone a little overboard lately buying cute graphic tees! Throw one on with a pair of shorts and flip flops and DONE! This is what I will be wearing all summer!
The Zach Williams Album
I had never heard of Zach Williams until his song Fear Is a Liar started playing regularly on the radio. I loved the song and quickly downloaded the album. I love his voice. I love the truth in all the lyrics. It’s good stuff!
The Good & the Beautiful Curriculum
I ordered the reading primer for Jackson because I wanted to focus on his ability to produce all the sounds and blend them together (something that’s difficult for kids with Apraxia). He has memorized a ton of sight words, but was showing interest in sounding words out. This curriculum is exactly what we needed to boost his self-esteem. It’s reading and speech rolled in to one! I love this curriculum because the lessons are short, they keep Jackson’s interest, they build upon one another and it’s very affordable! We also ordered the new math curriculum that releases this summer. Can’t wait to start that, too! You can learn more about The Good & The Beautiful here.
Mom and Me Pics
As a photographer, I rarely get in photos! If I set my camera on the tripod and use my camera remote I almost ALWAYS forget that my sunglasses are on top of my head. For Mother’s Day, after I took photos of my friend Emily and her girls, she snapped a few of Jackson and I! They are seriously my favorite photos! I couldn’t have asked for a better Mother’s Day gift! I love, love, love them – and the boy beside me!
