Heart burn you are NOT welcome! Yet, it feels like you are burning a hole through my chest.
My baby boy is sound asleep and I am pacing in pain, unable to rest my weary eyes. I try to get comfortable but I end up tossing and turning. I loathe you! I need sleep. He’s going to wake up ready to play and eat in a very short 7 or so hours…..
But instead of sleeping, I am writing a blog post about heart burn. I hope my bloggy friends find this funny. I don’t find a thing about heart burn funny. It’s the bane of my existence.
I wish I had something more Jesus loving to say, but when I saw the topic for this week’s Five Minute Friday I decided to have a little fun. I think Jesus welcomes fun and laughter. 🙂
Yes, He surely does welcome fun and laughter. Bummer that you have to put up with annoying heartburn but hopefully you’ll get rest. Isn’t it funny how us moms, even when we aren’t feeling the best, we’re always thinking about our kids. Stopping by from FMF.
